As a part of this project , students from Zadar will research small fish food production plants as well as the work mode in family farms which handle vegetables production and placement olive oil. Students will try to find responses to questions: What are all the problems producers encounter along the way,how do they deal with food waste and what are the challenges of placing food on the market.

 

U sklopu ovog projekta učenici iz Zadra istraživat će male proizvodne pogone za preradu ribe kao i način rada OPG-a (obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo) koje se bavi proizvodnjom i plasiranjem povrća i maslinovog ulja. Učenici će pokušati naći odgovore na pitanja: s kojim se sve problemima proizvođači susreću, kako zbrinjavaju nastali otpad od hrane i koje izazove imaju s plasiranjem hrane na tržište.
