Article for teaching science through Materials Of Museum
“Material Culture” defines human interventions and the remains of human activity, from the point of view of the traditional technology and productive history of a place. The planning of educational activities with cultural material of the museums through the connection with the curriculum agrees with the views of Modern Museology, Material Culture Theory and Modern Theories of Learning Mathematics.
Media can be used in almost any discipline to enhance learning, both in class, and also for out-of-class assignments. Short film and television clips, written articles, and blog postings can be viewed to reinforce concepts and spark discussion. Songs and music videos, especially when lyrics are made available, can be used to the same effect. Movies provide an excellent vehicle for educational purposes.
