Osnovna škola Trilj

Elementary school Trilj, (hereinafter: the School) is the largest and most important educational institution in Trilj. About 800 students currently attend the school. The education of students is crucial for the economic, cultural and demographic development of the town of Trilj and its surroundings. The school with special responsibility approaches the education of the students and prepares them for continuing their education. The school currently employs 114 people,  of which 86 are involved in teaching, while 28 are non-teaching staff. All employees of the School, especially teachers and professional service, are responsible for the students. Special attention is given to the development of each student and efforts are made to identify and eliminate the reasons for his or her failure, as well as to recognize and encourage his / her progress in work. In order for the School to be able to undisturbed and thoroughly devote itself to its primary role of education through teaching, We have taken a serious and conscientious approach to the development of programs to improve the work of the School. Our mission is to make the School a community that will learn in a positive environment and meet the needs of students in gaining general and professional competences through different methods and forms of work, learning and teaching styles.
