The main aim of the ‘Inquiring the Ghost Particle’ demonstrator is to improve pupils’ enjoyment of and attainment in science via inquiry-based investigations. The demonstrator’s objective is to introduce students to the most recent discoveries in the field of particle physics research and enhance their development of inquiry skills by engaging them in reflective processes on the way of scientific inquiry throughout the history of particle physics.
