Escola Básica Integrada De Angra Do Heroísmo

The Integrated Basic Schoolof Angra do Heroísmo has as patrons Ciprião de Figueiredo and Infante D. Henrique. The first organized the troops militiamen that beat the Spaniards in the famous Batalha da Salga; the second, is the major figure of the Discoveries’ era.

The School receives students of ten districts, securing teaching of the Preschool Education of the 1st. 2nd and 3rd Cycles of the Basic Teaching. Along the time, their buildings have suffered several renovations always in the intention of improving their services and the life of who works and studies there.

In the Integrated Basic School of Angrado Heroísmo, stand out as strong points the levels of school success reached and the progressive creation of conditions to Inclusive School.
