There are many schools in suburbs and villages that have a big school yard with trees and gardens. These have to be looked after and this is usually done by a paid gardener. But what if the students can make use of the nature to learn about the flora of their area? A school garden can teach the students how to organise a given piece of land, to plan little flower beds in order to make their school prettier, to use the beds to plant vegetables, to harvest the fruits of the trees and finally sell the products.
