Polača is a beautiful place located in the area of Ravni kotari. Although we managed to see only one part of her beauties, we were a little delighted. Driving to our destination, the Agricultural Cooperative MasVin-Maslina and wine we noticed a multitude of fields, vineyards and olive groves. When we arrived, the employees of this cooperative welcomed and hosted us. We had the opportunity to try two types of olive oil, figs, olives and many other homemade products. Mr. Rade Bobanović, also the head of this agricultural cooperative, showed us the plant for the production of oil and wine and briefly explained their working principle. He answered questions such as what year their cooperative was founded and for what purpose, what means are used to clean the oil mills, what do they do with waste and how did the corona virus pandemic affect their business. It was very interesting for us and we had a great time.
