In this scenario students understand how the idea of chords is being produced and how the combination of chords leads us to harmonic sequences. They investigate given consonances and dissonances of different tones according to ear and data analysis. Students experiment with the compilation of two, gradually three, tones produced in the tone synthesizer and analyze their observations using their ear in combination with the measurements taken from the workbench analyzing toolkit.

In this scenario students with different backgrounds from Science and Music work together in defining the tube lengths of the 3D printed instruments they produce in order to participate in a final music event. The music arranged for the event corresponds to the properties of the actual 3D printed instruments, the virtual instruments and the physical instruments used to produce it.

Students will investigate the harmonic content of their voice and will try to emulate it using virtual musical instruments
