This is the community dedicated to the River of Life educational scenario and demonstrator. In the River of Life, students visit a river near their school and play a game that will help them to learn more on the organisms that live in the water. Through this activity the students learn about the importance of the river, take photos of the ecosystem, recognise the human intervention. The central part of this activity allows students to collect identify and measure small animals that could be used
We can’t observer how the universe formed, but scientists are still willing to say that we know the universe was created through a Big Bang. In this scenario, students will learn the three main lines of evidence for the Big Bang: the universe is expanding, the Cosmic Microwave Radiation, and the mixture of chemical elements. Οι μαθητές γνωρίζουν μέρος της βιοποικιλότητας της χώρας μας, μαθαίνουν να ξεχωρίζουν τα είδη, να εκτιμούν την αξία τους, τις ιδιότητες και τις χρήσεις τους και παράγουν προϊόντα με τη βοήθεια των ΤΠΕ

Η παρούσα υποκοινότητα πραγματεύεται το ομώνυμο δρώμενο με τη συμμετοχή μαθητών από τη Θύμαινα και τη Ρόδο. Kαι αφού πήρε το πρόγραμμά μας το δρόμο του προς το τέλος, αποφασίσαμε με τα παιδιά να σας διηγηθούμε την ιστορία που ζήσαμε με την κ. Επιστήμη. Η κυρία σκέφτηκε και έγραψε την ιστορία, τα παιδιά την εικονογράφησαν, την έβαλαν στο scanner και την "ανέβασαν" στο διαδίκτυο. http://issuu.com/linasar/docs/______________________________
Μόλις γυρίσαμε από τις διακοπές του Πάσχα, με μία μικρή ανάπαυλα και τώρα στην τελική ευθεία για να ολοκληρώσουμε το πρόγραμμα!!! Η κ. Επιστήμη γύρισε ξεκούραστη κι αυτή... Στόχος μας αυτό το μήνα; Γνωριμία με ΑΠΛΕΣ ΜΗΧΑΝΕΣ και ΦΩΣ. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε για μοχλό ένα κρεβάτι του ολοημέρου, υπομόχλιο ένα παγκάκι από αυτά που καθόμαστε και άρχισε η υπέροχη μέρα!!! Τα παιδιά φώναζαν : "Είναι ΤΡΕΛΗ αυτή η Επιστήμη... Ξετρελαθήκαμε!!!!" Σκεφτείτε ότι τρώμε με μοχλική υποβοήθηση... Τροχαλίες και κεκλιμμένα
