Food education education is not part of the school curriculum. However to reach the SDGs goals
Today's children are not involved to define problems related to the food system nor to find solution even though they will be strongly impacted by the climate change consequences. For them to questions their food habits and become activ change makers of the current food system it's necessary to have them at the center of the proposed living lab.
Cilj
The aim of this living lab is to develop a prototype to transform community food behavior by making them co-create together based on proposed solutions by children.

Sprovođenje
1. Find a school
2..Find a pilot class
3. Kids exploring their school "food environment" to size the problem (e.g. kitchen canteen, supermarket, garden, restaurant, farms..)
3. workshop with kids to define the problem they want to solve
4. Organize an Event to engage all actors to co-create solutions
5. Build a community to engage people (communication, flyer...)
6. Find resources (time), sponsors, partners (eg. students), money (crowdfunding)
