Schools as living labs is een Europees project waarin internationale experts op het gebied van formele en informele educatie een nieuwe methode voor Open Onderwijs ontwikkelen. Door gebruik te maken van de Living Lab aanpak, ontwerpen scholen samen met hun lokale omgeving oplossingen voor relevante kwesties rond het thema voedselsystemen.
