5th Model High School of Chalkida

The 5 th Model Gymnasium of Chalkida is located in Chalkida, a city of 102.223
residents on the island of Evia, Greece.
Chalkida straddles the Evripos Channel, where the unique tidal phenomenon, known
as “crazy waters” among the local people, is observed. It is a city rich in history
dating back to prehistoric times manifested through its monuments and museums. It is

The 5 th Model Gymnasium of Chalkida occupies modern premises in the centre of the
city. There are 288 students ranging from 12 to 14 years old. Its main features
