Our goal is to give children the concepts of ecology and ecological literacy, and make them aware that they too are part of nature. In particular, we plan to encourage students to improve their English skills in terms of ecological literacy and teach our students about the life cycle in nature, doing and living with experiments, observations, games, ecological coding, art and design.
The eTwinning ECO-literacy / SALL Project received the eTwinning Seal of Quality.

Zajedničko stvaranje s društvenim akterima
ETwinning project “Eco-literacy “, with schools from Turkey, Latvia, Romania and Jordan. It is a short-term project between January and May 2022.
Provedba
Our project focused on providing students with a rewarding learning experience (international and pioneering for inclusive education students at our school). We focus our activities on developing an enriching and fun project in this scenario by carrying out work using etools and online media, so familiar and motivating for young people. All the intercultural activities and all the efforts to put them into practice were aimed at developing in the student his autonomy, his critical spirit, a taste for English (international language of communication) and for learning it as a means of personal enrichment (commitment, problem solving , carrying out tasks, critical thinking, tolerance, responsibility, knowledge of other cultures) and in acquiring skills for future professional life.
We work with students of Inclusive Education/Additional Measures of the Science Club. The students had a marked cognitive deficit, compared to their age group, revealing significant difficulties in both areas, verbal and achievement.
Refleksija
The project was of enormous importance for the students and teachers involved since it was the first time that we entered into this experience. Our partners proved to be professionals of great competence and, therefore, a lot was required of us all.
Futurel Plans
Continuation of the activity “Play basketball and basket plastics - Active Recycling”, in the next school year as part of the group's environmental activities.
