Eratosthenes experiment in our school
On Friday, March 20th, students and teachers from our school participated in the Eratosthenes experiment - on the day of the vernal equinox, the moment when the sun occupies a certain position (local noon), calculated the Earth's circumference using a simple rod, shadow and mathematics.Many teachers and students of our school took part in the realization of the experiment.
