Robert Clarke

Hello, I am a science teacher based in Ireland with nearly 30 years experience; teaching in both England and Ireland. I am also a PhD student at the University of Dublin- Trinity College, where I have been researching and developing active learning methodologies to promote mastery learning. I am also involved with Dublin City University in a number of projects, (such as CASTeL, SAILS, OSOS, 3DIPhE) and lecture on methodologies to the PME science/PEB students. My students and I have been working with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment with the introduction of the Junior Cycle Science Specification. When I am not involved with any of the above, you'll find me out walking my dogs.
