Pines in a six-year elementary school in Gedera, Israel. The school was founded in 1950 and prides itself in being a pioneer in religious- Zionist education. The school believes teaches core values like brotherly love, Zionism and patriotism. It encourages curiosity, meaningful learning and strives towards academic excellence. 

Pines believes students have the ability to be initiative, involved, contributing and responsible on many different levels. The students at the school actively influence the school’s character and environment through different programs (student councils, band, choir, young counselors, etc.)  

Pines has a unique area dedicated as a “museum” - it houses exhibitions centered around events from Jewish History and heritage. Guided tours are for visitors are lead by students. This program serves to strengthen their connection to their national identity.
