And so I, as the principal of the school, work... makes us all dream and fulfill, fulfill and dream, create a renewed reality, a reality in which people initiate, break new ground, think differently... in each of the avenues of positions in the school and in order for our graduates to be like that, first the staff needs to be like that ...and therefore a lot of thinking is invested in the development of the team, in the distribution of roles, resources and more.

Our worldview at the school aims for our graduate to be a leading leader, an entrepreneur, a contributor to the community, an innovator, a trailblazer and an outstanding graduate whose contribution will lead to the continued advancement and development of the State of Israel as a Start Up Nation as well as his personal development.

The concept is based on three tangential and interdependent dimensions:

A. An educational and pedagogical dimension that includes the studies of the sciences, engineering, mathematics, and the arts
connected to industry and various cultural organizations.

B. Value dimension - developing products/ideas for and for society and the community. Constant contribution and involvement

Entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity are a central and extremely important part of the school's teaching and learning system. In our opinion, the more innovative, interesting and creative the teaching and learning at the school will be, the more generations of students will grow who will love to learn, will love and appreciate the school, will be proactive citizens in the present and in the future, and will have broad knowledge in many and varied fields of interest, which will be an advantage for them when they come to the academy, the military service and / or anywhere else during their lives.
This is where the idea arose for collaborations with other organizations, different from us, that would complete the missing pieces of our educational puzzle with us.
For several years we have been cultivating collaborations with the advanced high-tech industry in and around K'neam for school majors in the fields of science and technology and for majors in the field of art with the aforementioned desire to prepare the graduate for real life, while exposing them to new fields that they do not encounter in everyday life, providing tools for developing thinking skills high order and more.
