Vegetables et legumes contain several minerals and vitamins. Then, in this learning session,
different information should be transmitted to children about the importance of eating
vegetables and legumes. In addition, workshop should be done to learn children how eat
delicious receipts made by vegetables and legumes.

Convince the children to eat vegetables and legumes.

Bring the children to vegetable sellers and producer and explain the process of vegetables
production and selling.
Ask mothers how can learn their children to eat vegetables and legumes.

Discuss with the children and explain the impact on health to eating vegetables and
legumes.
Making workshop to prepare receipts made by vegetables and legumes.

Ask the children if they like vegetables and legumes receipts and if they will eat it.

The children test their own receipts and talks about their experience with their family.
