A cooperation between school students and initiative volunteers from the community, enables the establishment of a distribute food community center, which rescue food.

Social initiative is part of our school program. This project joins ecology with social initiative; creative thinking contribution to the community.

Effective use of valuable sources brought together while rescuing food and meeting the community needs during and after school hours.

the head of the community project, zehava nevet was our main connection outside of school.
at first we net and got interested about working with her and her team. from that point we met every now and then with the students, we showed her our achievements and she filled us in about the bureaucratic espect of the project.

after we better understood zehava problems, we brainstormed about different approaches that we can take to help solve the problem. after the school management started to be interested in the project and gave it a home we shifted our efforts to conceive a crowdfunding campaign and narrow it down to a funny clip that will lead the campaign video.

the students got involved in a real life community project that deals with acute problems. they felt it and got connected through it, mostly the girls, but not only.
we think that real life problems is the motivation for doing real things, and not just coping.
