Background
Make a menu poster(s) with a tasty and healthy menu for every day of the week for people who exercise intensively at least 2 or 3 times a week.
The goal is that the poster can be hung at Ultimate Fit and at the CLV to give customers inspiration to exercise and eat healthy.
The client has drawn up the following requirements for this assignment:
o The menu consists of 3 meals, additionally with 2 snacks
o The menu should be suitable and attractive for young people between the ages of 12 and 18
o Supplement the menu with extra supplements, such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, etc.
o Describe the nutritional value (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, etc.)
o Also think of a beautiful design
o Consider making either one poster or seven separate posters
