It is our aim to utilise the resources bought (16 iPads) to create a video on the history of our local area. We are very lucky to have a number of willing community participants to help us with our project. It is our intention to display QR codes in the local area to allow community members to watch the video when they are in local amenities.
The children will
- use the apps and technology available to use to record content
- make small animations
- edit the videos contents
- use technology in the everyday running of the classroom
- understand the use for QR codes
All classes from junior infants to sixth class will have a part to play in this project.
