Estes serão expostos à teoria moderna da gravidade de Einstein de modo que, de forma pedagógica e consistente, investiguem os parâmetros necessários a fim de construir um detetor que seja suficientemente sensível para medir sinais minúsculos, como os medidos pela experiência LIGO, em setembro de 2015, levando à deteção das ondas gravitacionais.
