Through the implementation of the presented educational scenario, students will actively learn and discover about Heracles' labors by focusing on those which are located/took place in the Peloponnese region. Additionally, they will locate the areas on the map and will navigate the map of the Peloponnese "following" Heracles. This educational material gives some insights into how students will be introduced to the following spatial meanings through educational technology (toolkit): map, distance, scale, path, symbolic representation, direction, mountain, lake, plain, orientation.

Short description:

Visual impaired students confront with difficulties in the transition from the egocentric to the allocentric spatial thinking. Through the presented educational material the development of spatial concepts and spatial thinking is elaborated under the prism of story- telling and role playing.

Με το εκπαιδευτικό σενάριο οι μαθητές θα κατανοήσουν τη δομή του ηλιακού συστήματος και από ποιους πλανήτες  και τους δορυφόρους τους αποτελείται. Παράλληλα θα ερευνήσουν τις διαφορές τους ως προς το μέγεθος, τις αποστάσεις τους από τον Ήλιο και γενικά τα χαρακτηριστικά τους.
