In civic education classes the students get familiar with social groups, including the family regarded as a social group. Nowadays, due to globalisation, families do not always live in the same house or in the same place. To know where their relatives are, 3rd– grade or/and 4th- grade students learn to read a map. We will use practical examples related to their daily lives in order to ensure that the students will learn enough concepts and how to read a map and how to move from one point to another.
