Students are not aware of the advantages of Argan Oil and its healthy benefits and need to learn
about them.
Ask your students about Argan tree ? Argan products ?
Ask your students if they have consumed/ used any Argan products ?
Give them an assignment on argan tree and industrial transformation.

Familiarise students with Argan tree and its products (argan oil.. etc) advantages.
Discover Argan products (sensory session).

A researcher / nutritionist is invited to discuss with students about argan oil benefits and
other co-products.

o Students will have an assignment to search on Argan Tree (origin, locations, agronomic
aspects...) and on Argan products (Oil, Amlou, ..etc) and their uses.
o Back to the classroom, students will discuss the findings.
o In Classroom, a general discussion will be done on Argan products and its nutritional
advantages.
o Organize a degustation session on Argan oil and coproducts.
o Preparation of a flyer Argan Oil and its healthy benefits.

Students reflect on Argan tree and Argan products and present the flyers at the school and
other school.

Distribute final version of the Flyers among the families and the local community.
