We started from the idea that ecological education for school children should form the basis of a thinking and attitude centered on the promotion of a natural environment conducive to life, to develop their spirit of responsibility towards nature. If we put together all the educational factors: school, family, community, media, we will better understand the effects that inappropriate behavior has on the environment.
Carrying out activities by students together with teachers, parents and other members of the community is an effective way to consciously do environmental education through which part of the environmental problems can be solved.
I also noticed that some places in our commune require greening.

Guidelines
The project aims at the involvement of students, teachers and the local community in ecological actions, the development of ecological awareness and behavior among students based on respect for nature and environmental protection, the transformation of students' daily behaviors into ecological, economic, healthy and sustainable lifestyles by maintaining a clean environment, taking responsibility for preventing pollution and managing resources without jeopardizing the balance of the environment and the health of the community.
His project is important for students to understand the consequences of pollution, participate in different types of activities, find solutions to reduce their effects and disseminate the information to their families, local population, local authorities
In this respect, the students in our school were put in different learning situations:
- Carrying out the opinion poll "Do you like the appearance of the village you live in?" /discussions with the people of the village
- Discovering the places where greening is needed (on Google Maps + field visit)
- Establishing the schedule/calendar of the greening and beautifying activities of Colti Commune
- Distribution of tasks / responsibilities for each working group / team involved;.
- Creation of materials to promote the image of the village of Colti (leaflets, power-point presentations, photos/snapshots of the main areas/institutions of the village);
- Creating a parade of costumes made of reusable materials, exhibition of collages and toys made of reusable materials (glass, plastic, paper)
- Meetings of the project team with the representatives of the Municipality of Colti Municipality for the purpose of disseminating the results of the opinion poll and identifying some measures;
- Realization of the exhibition "A corner of heaven"!
Description
- Activities and projects provide a great opportunity to transfer knowledge from school to the local community. Students can organize, at the end of the next school year, a final event in which they can present the stages and the activities carried out in the project.
- The local administration, , local community can collaborate better to manage the effects of pollution in the area
- Students can discuss with local people about how pollution affects life.
- The organization of trips in the areas affected by pollution, thus studying its effects on the spot
