We’re shouting STOP accidents

It’s a common realization that traffic accidents in our country are more than in any other country in Europe. That’s the reason why the people in charge of our education should feel obliged to contribute to informing and sensitizing our students regarding traffic education. Students aged between 9 and 11 years old are the ones that need the most attention. Those are the ages that appear in most traffic accidents and more specifically are in great danger as pedestrians. Also, students in those ages are the ones that start moving around without custody of their parents or any elders in general. After all, Analytical Education Models for Primary Schools suggest and encourage teachers to develop such programs. With the importance of the subject taken into consideration, we are implementing cross-curricular activities regarding Traffic Education and at the same time make good use of the ΤΠΕ, thatappertain to the students’ interests.
