Ironi Aleph

Ironi Aleph Education Center, winner of the national education prize,excels in innovation and creativity. The atmosphere of the school is open, warm and family oriented as well as challenging. An "open door" policy and and the personal attention to each student help the school be a center of excellence, with many exciting plans on the horizon.

Ironi Aleph Education Center provides education with special attention to social value - which is expressed through the active student council, the leadership training students receive and many social initiatives led by students in contribution to the community.

Within the educational concept of enrichment for acquiring excellence, this is the third year that a joint project between Ironi Aleph and the Rambam Medical Center takes place. This program promotes medical studies at the school and includes medical classes (our external classes).

Unique Pathways of the School:

Astronomy and Environmental Science Class – The studies focus on research of the quality of the environment and local and global problems of space research. The studies include mathematics, physics and computer science at an elevated level. The study program operates in cooperation with "Madatech", The Weizman Institute and The Agency for Environmental Protection. In addition, the exclusive project, "TaAsida" – is a competitive project that is based on the development of environmentaly friendly products.

Bio-technology Studies – The studies focus on aspects of bio-chemistry, biology, micro-biology, and biotechnological processes, and also includes practical studies. The subjects that are studied on this unique topic are inquisitive and challenging. Ironi Aleph High School is the only municipal school in the city where it is possible to study this unique topic, containing 15 units of study.

Theater and Communication Studies – Students of this subject combine theoretical studies and practical studies where, within its framework, they perform in shows and produce a school newspaper.

Exclusive "Yuvalim" Program – the program operates at the middle school level with the goal of advancing students, enrichment of attaining learning achievement and to empower them as human beings that are involved in contributing to society.
