Stakeholders, societal actors, social actors, or local actors are the community members who are actively involved in a specific SALL project, including the students and teachers. These can be individuals or institutions who are interested in the project process or affected by the outcomes of the project. Within the SALL project, our preference is to use the expression societal actors when talking about the partners with whom the schools collaborate.
