Our mission
We want to guide pupils in such a way that they develop into well-balanced and responsible people, who are well equipped to do appropriate follow-up training and to play a valuable role in society. It is important that students receive education at a high level, in which they have plenty of room to discover and develop their talents. Our students and our employees learn and work in a safe and inspiring environment.

Our vision
Talent can only fully blossom if:

curiosity is stimulated,
the teaching material is experienced as meaningful,
and responsibility may be taken for one's own learning process.
Curious
Students who are curious and with an open attitude in life, have more fun learning, deliver better school performance, function socially better, are happier and more successful in their careers. Curiosity is also the basis of science, art and culture. We think that stimulating curiosity among the pupils is of the utmost importance. Teachers and management play an exemplary role in this, partly through an active interest in new developments in the field of learning and work.

Meaningful
The curiosity and motivation of a pupil are strongly determined by the extent to which he sees the meaning of the efforts that are asked of him. Pupils therefore learn to place the meaning of the subject matter in a larger context and to link it to their own experience.

Responsible
Employees together provide a learning environment in which the pupil can take and develop the responsibility for his learning process optimally. Only when the pupil becomes the conductor of his own learning trajectory, can this actually become meaningful for him and his curiosity can blossom. Mentors and teachers support the student in this.
