During the education, students ask themselves so many times : ‘’Why do I have to learn this?’’ Only parents and teachers together can convince them that the things they’re learning now, tomorrow they will use it at work or in everyday life.
The main idea is to invite parents who use math in their job to explain how math helps them in solving specific problems. For example – a parent who is economist can explain the significance of percentage account, or an engineer can talk about the application of trigonometric functions in the calculations ect.
