I have been working extensively in education for the past 17 years teaching English and Bulgarian to school children, university students and professionals in a number of companies, including Lessno Bulgaria, QBE Insurance, The Bulgarian Literature Foundation and Skyscanner. My experience in marketing at TBWA\ and in management as director of studies at Accent School and St. George School and Preschool, and as GM of my own film company has given me valuable insights in business development and soft skills which I have been incorporating in my work as an educator and business development and communications consultant in order to provide my students and clients with the strategies that would make them successful individuals and professionals. Thus I have been able to develop innovative methods of teaching and coaching that go beyond traditional textbook based education and address the actual needs of my students. Those skills naturally lead me to taking on the responsibility to become the principal of the first newly opened public school in Bulgaria over the past 30 years and incorporate my knowledge of education and management into establishing an innovative learning institution - a game changer for Bulgarian education.
