I have been in education for 23 years and the 3 last years as a director. I am interested in improving the quality conditions in my school, offering a safe and creative atmosphere. I would like to make sure that all students' competences are fully recognised and all students are integrated in the educational process without disappointment and exclusion. We are about to apply in an Erasmus+ programme based on the theory of Multiple Intelligence to exploit students' talents and skills.
