Christodoulos Tasouris

I am a Physics teacher and I am interested in science teachers' beliefs regarding science and science teaching. Beliefs are regarded as a strong determinant of teaching practice; hence I am interested in how beliefs influence teachers' choices of ICT tools and also how the use of particular ICT tools might portray teachers' beliefs about science and science teaching. Currently I work at the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute as a research assistant at the Department of Educational Technology. Specifically, I am involved with two research projects: 1) PREATY: Proposing modern e-assessment approaches and tools to young and experienced in-service teachers, 2) EUFolio (Europortfolio): a European Network of EPortfolio Experts and Practitioners.
