The “Schools as Sites for Food System Transformation” Summer School aims to familiarise participants with the concepts and methods of open schooling and living labs, providing a framework for educators and other societal actors to engage, discuss and explore how schools can become innovation incubators and accelerators within their local communities while offering new learning opportunities to their students. This is the community of OSOS Schools in Israel. מרכז הפיתוח של אורט ישראל ומוזיאון המדע ע"ש בלומפילד בירושלים שותפים בפרויקט בינלאומי חדש של האיחוד האירופי. התכנית מביאה את בשורת ה-Open Schooling לבתי הספר באירופה – הפיכתם למרכזים של הרחבת ההון המדעי על ידי שיתוף פעולה בין תלמידים, מורים והקהילה המקומית, ומתוך יצירת תרבות של חדשנות ואזרחות אחראית (responsible citizenship). התכנית הציבה לעצמה יעד שאפתני של 1000 בתי ספר ב-10 מדינות מרחבי אירופה, אשר יקיימו פעילויות Open Schooling. לחצו כאן
