School 2 membersLoreto High School Beaufort is a voluntary secondary school under the trusteeship of the Loreto Sisters and run by a Board of Management.
he School population in the academic year 2017/2018 comprises of 628 girls. Projected numbers for 2019 is 640 pupils.
The pupils are supported by a team of 44 teaching staff and 10 ancillary staff. The ancillary staff comprises of a librarian, a chaplain, a bursar, 1 full time and 2 job sharing secretaries, a receptionist, 2 caretakers and a catering assistant. Contract cleaners are employed to clean the buildings.

In Beaufort we aim to make the School an educational community where:
- the system of teaching and learning is such that each girl feels accepted and encouraged as a unique individual, so that her potential as a person is fully realised,
- the School environment fosters self-discipline, a sense of responsibility, honesty, respect for others and the environment, and the ability to interact positively with others,
- the School wishes to create an awareness in the pupil of their European identity by inter-cultural exchanges and by educational trips,
