Ironi Hey is a six-year secondary school in Haifa, Israel. The school strives to allow each and every student to discover their talents and strengths.
The school policy main guidelines are:
Encouraging personal attention to each student and creating meaningful dialogue in order to make the school a safe space, seeing as it’s critical to students success and self-actualization.
Establishing solidarity, mutual support and contribution to society and community as core values for students.
The basic assumption of the school is that its atmosphere should allow it to be a meeting place for kids with different needs, abilities, and backgrounds. It strives to be welcoming and supportive towards all its students in order to allow them to reach their full potential.
The teacher’s role and responsibility are to guide and support students on their path to individual success.
