Application of the scientific method. From a traditional game, which is done by students and taken up by a smartphone, in a recreational atmosphere, we move on to investigate the motion of the object, even if in a qualitative way. After a wide discussion among the students and between the students and me we realized that it is necessary to introduce a new physical quantity and a conservation principle to explain what observed.
