It is an eTwinning project which also involves students in professional working activities. Students explore the plastic: its history, laws, chemical aspects, industrial applocatios. It is a multidisciplinary project.
The project aims to explore the plastic world from all the possible points of view:
- the history of plastic
- the socio-economical impact of plastic
- the chemistry of plastic
- the industrial production of plastic
- the technology of plastic
- the applications of plastic (clothing, containers, etc)
- plastic in art and design
- plastic in medicine
- the environmental impact of plastic

The project started in decembner 2017, based on the proposal of two teachers Ramacciotti Antonella (Italy) and Guillet Jérémy (france) , then also Salasińska Anna (Poland) joined the project.
The project will end in may 2018. The students will form some national/international teams and each team will develop a specific part of the topic. They will have to learn all the topic from other teams’ work.
The project will help the students improve their digital skills and develop a number of softskills: communication skills, making decisions, self- motivation, self-awareness, resilience, team-working skills, creativity, problem solving etc.
The teams will create posters and videos to document their activities and they will use the Twinspace tools and Skype, to know each other, keep in contact. and share ideas and the product of their work.

We want to offer our students modern and involving teaching methods which include a wide use of technologies and fostering their active learning.
We will help our students develop and improve:
- communication skills in their native language and in English (written and video presentations, chat, email, conversation by Skype, debate etc.)
- digital skills since we will use a number of software and online tools
- team-working skills
- soft skills required in the workplace (problem solving, creativity, team working, self-awareness, resilience, flexibility etc.)

1st step: Meeting the international partners
- the classes will introduce their schools and themselves to the partners (video)
- based on similar hobbies each student will exchange email/ chat with at least one partner
- The teachers will introduce the claims for the debate step
2nd step: team formation
- The teachers will decide the number of teams and the tasks
- the students will decide team composition (international composition is preferred)
3rd step: development of tasks
- The teachers will introduce the claims for the debate (4th step)
- each team will develop the assigned task and document their activity (poster, video, presentation etc.). Each team will also create a test focused on their topic and other teams will solve the test.
4th step: debate
- national teams will debate the clues (video)
- each team performance will be evaluated by other teams
5th step: The PLAST
- The Italian students will visit the PLAST exposition in Milan and will post a video for their internation
