Safe Future in Mobility Hub

The project supports and promotes actions that advance road safety and traffic education, as well as awareness raising for road safety and sustainable mobility. The consortium has invested time and effort to create materials for a more sustainable future in mobility. The proposed activities aim to gradually raise the quality of teaching and learning to new levels based on the priorities of EU Strategy.

The long-term impact will come about because the project's activities will increase awareness-raising and enhance education on sustainable and safe mobility among school communities, taking advantage of the momentum towards active mobility created during the COVID lockdown period.

This community provides digital teaching tools and methods and a validated virtual training program to deliver: (i) quality and inclusive education for safe and clean mobility in the COVID19 era increased level of digital competences to teachers and trainers of secondary education, (ii) better understanding, motivation and change of mindsets of the young generation towards the adoption of safe and clean commuting and (iii) driving practices awareness and positive attitude to EU values and relevant key policies as the EU Road Safety Policy Framework 2021-2030 - Next steps towards "Vision Zero" (2019) and Sustainable Mobility for Europe: safe, connected and clean (2018).
