Popularise science in Inspiring Science
Community 2 membersThe Inspiring Science Education project aims to popularise science and natural science subjects in thousands of European schools by using information and communication technologies. Teachers are invited to
- join a lively ISE community, consisting of thousands of teachers and learners from thousands of European schools in at least 15 countries, as well as a large number of researchers, scientists and representatives of the society and authorities;
- participate in educational sessions and practical workshops on popular science, technology and maths subjects;
- have unique opportunities to cooperate directly with scientists and research centres;
- receive expert support with regard to the implementation of information and communication technologies in their classroom practice;
- have the opportunity to participate in competitions and win valuable awards;
- participate in summer and winter schools;
- cooperate with other schools/colleagues from project partner countries.
In this particular Community of Practice, Teachers and other stakeholders from The Netherlands can collaborate to take advantage of the ISE Project opportunities, outcomes and activities.
