Inspiring Science Education Community of Practice - Vlaanderen

The Inspiring Science Education project aims to popularise science and natural science subjects in thousands of European schools by using information and communication technologies. Teachers are invited to

  • join a lively ISE community, consisting of thousands of teachers and learners from thousands of European schools in at least 15 countries, as well as a large number of researchers, scientists and representatives of the society and authorities;
  • participate in educational sessions and practical workshops on popular science, technology and maths subjects;
  • have unique opportunities to cooperate directly with scientists and research centres;
  • receive expert support with regard to the implementation of information and communication technologies in their classroom practice;
  • have the opportunity to participate in competitions and win valuable awards;
  • participate in summer and winter schools;
  • cooperate with other schools/colleagues from project partner countries.

In this particular Community of Practice, Teachers and other stakeholders from Flanders can collaborate to take advantage of the ISE Project opportunities, outcomes and activities.
