A newsletter published by Apoplous.org during a 3-year research study of thin clients in primary education (Cyprus). Between 2005 - 2008, a one to one ratio was achieved in a primary school in Cyprus, using thin clients and open source software to assess their impact in lowering the total cost of ownership of computers in education.
In this issue we take a look at interactive whiteboards and their use in the classroom, as well as a look on the benefits of laptops in the classroom.
