Local food for local people
Our mission is to make Dutch vegetables more popular in the Netherlands. We have 5 stakeholders for this project who will guide us in this. We want to make vegetables more popular by designing something that reminds Dutch people that they should eat vegetables more often instead of fried foods. This is better for the health of the Dutch. Lately, unhealthy foods (often fried foods, think of burgers from the Burger King.) are becoming more and more popular and that worries us. We want to change this.
The group contacted the Dutch government, a school director, farmer activists, a greengrocer, and a farmers organization, but did not end up working with any of them.
